About Ninja
Ninja traces back to Euro-Pro Operating, founded in Montreal in 1994 by Mark Rosenzweig, who relocated the company's headquarters to Needham, Massachusetts in 2003. The Ninja brand launched in 2009 to expand the company's lineup beyond the Shark vacuum business into kitchen appliances, and the parent company was renamed SharkNinja in 2015 to reflect how well-known both brands had become. SharkNinja separated from its former parent, JS Global Lifestyle, and began trading independently on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SN in July 2023, giving the brand behind Ninja coffee makers a public financial track record alongside its consumer following.
