About Philips
Philips is a brand of Royal Philips, the Dutch electronics and appliance maker founded in 1891 in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Its espresso machine lineup traces to Philips's 2009 acquisition of Saeco, the Italian company that built the first fully automatic home espresso machine, the Superautomatica, in 1985.
