About Anthony's
Anthony's was founded in 2013 in Los Angeles by Alex Avakian and Anthony Zanontian as an internet-first brand selling natural superfoods, flours, powders, and baking staples direct to home cooks. The company was acquired by ACH Food Companies in 2019 and has since expanded into retail, including placement at Erewhon. Its catalog spans baking and cooking ingredients, beverages, and health and lifestyle powders, built around USDA Organic, CCOF, and SQF certification and a stated commitment to no additional additives.
The brand batch-tests its gluten-free products, a practice independently tracked by Gluten Free Watchdog.
