About Eureka
Eureka has produced coffee grinders exclusively since 1920, when Aurelio Conti founded the company in Italy. It remains family-owned under Conti Valerio S.R.L., and every grinder is still hand-assembled at the company's factory in Sesto Fiorentino, near Florence, following the same manufactory principle the brand started with over a century ago.
The Mignon series is Eureka's best-known line and is widely credited with bringing commercial-grade flat burrs into home kitchens at an accessible size. Eureka pioneered stepless micrometric adjustment, now a hallmark across its range, and its grinders are regularly reviewed and recommended by specialty coffee outlets including Whole Latte Love, Clive Coffee, and Seattle Coffee Gear.
